Ā Ā š Listing This Fall?
Ā
Fall can be a great time to list your home. While there may be fewer buyers thanĀ during the spring and summer, the buyers who are looking are often serious andĀ motivated. Cooler weather, colorful leaves, and cozy curb appeal can also help your home feel especially inviting. Just remember: a few tasteful pumpkins are charmingĀ ā a full-blown pumpkin patch may be a little much š

When You Love the House, but the Interest Rate Needs an Attitude Adjustment %
A higher rate does not automatically mean you should walk away from the right home. Ask your lender about rate buydowns, seller-paid closing costs and different loan programs. Focus on whether the monthly payment fits your budget. You may be able to refinance laterābut unfortunately, you cannot refinance the perfect house after someone else buys it.
